At 62 years old and being a member of the boomer generation, I can state that if nothing else, we are a generation of "doers".
At this stage of my life I have done a lot, most of it positive with a small measure of challenges that most of us experience along the way.
So at an age when many in previous generations were slowing down or retiring, I decided to write a book.
I have experienced more in the past 13 months than possibly the past 10 years.
Those experiences include but are not limited to: losing my full-time job, spending two weeks in Israel with my wife and some great friends, learning the blessing of serving others, selling our home and moving in 30 days, navigating through a serious mental
health issue, surviving a pandemic and writing a book. Not bad for a 62 year old!
The three people in the picture (my wife and grandkids) helped and supported me every day of that 13 month journey. My son and daughter-in-law are not in the photo but were a blessing like no other during this exciting season of my life.
